Peru in the offseason - swell AND sunshine
A buddy asked about Peru in the offseason and it's looking like they are still getting some solid S swell. The Lima gray haze will also be gone in September so real beach weather is a possibility!

First off gotta say big thanks. Your blog gave me some great info on indo and I finally went this past season. Saw the swell chart for Peru and just wanted to add that those swells are not big enough for the points up north to do its thing. Still, some fun waves near Lima. Keep it up guys!
Also, because this is Peruvian summer the beach towns near Lima are packed with domestic vacationers. Huge fun parties to be had you just might not get to surf Chicama.
